Dixie Gas was started in 1957 by Ben Williams Sr. and partners.
The first location was north of the Hatchie River near Bolivar. Mr. Ben Williams bought out his partners in the '60's. For many years, we had an office in town behind the post office. We moved to our current location south of Bolivar in the early '80's. We lost our building and all our records in a fire in 2005 but that couldn't stop
